@vincent Seniority within the fleets affects schedule and vacation bidding. I’m senior enough on the Latitude as an FO to get the schedule I want & vacation weeks I want, which is why I ’m not gonna switch aircraft until I upgrade, then I’m gonna take the 1st upgrade opportunity
