Google Pixel 3 Camera

Note: This is a repost of a post I did from one of my other blogs which I am in the process of moving to Micro.blog. The camera was one of the things that drew me to the Pixel 3. It is simply fantastic. Super-Res Zoom doesn’t seem to have gotten as much attention in reviews as Night Sight1 but it is still just as awesome as Night Sight. Super-Res Zoom uses the natural shakiness of the hand to fill in details that would normally be lost when using digital zoom.

I have been loving my Pixel 3. I love the size of it. No regrets switching to Android for my daily driver. iOS wise I have a work-issued iPhone 6s, work-issued iPad Air 2, and I have my iPad Mini.

I have really been enjoying the Pixel and Pixel Stand. The gesture navigation in Android 9 Pie isn’t as bad as some reviews make it seem, I really enjoy it. I’m taking a trip to the North Carolina Mountains this weekend and next week and I’m looking forward to trying the camera.

I got my Pixel 3 and Pixel Stand setup yesterday. I’m really liking both the Pixel and Pixel Stand and Android. I’m not missing anything about iOS (as of now) but I still have my iPad Mini 2, which I’m hoping to replace with a newer iPad later this year.

Note: This is a repost of a post I did from one of my other blogs which I am in the process of moving to Micro.blog. Android I have pretty much decided to get a Google Pixel 3 for my next phone. I’ve always been interested in Android but never switched. I won a BlackBerry Key2 recently and have been using it as a WiFi only device,1 and have really enjoyed it.
